Welcome to Bon Vivant`W. These terms apply when you shop with us at bonvivantw.com. By placing an order you agree to them, so please take a moment to read through.

About us
Bon Vivant`W is operated by Bon Vivant`W AB (org. nr 559572-8550), based in Stockholm, Sweden. You can reach us any time at hello@bonvivantw.com.

Products and prices
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We currently sell to customers within Sweden. We do our best to show our products and shades accurately, though slight colour variation can occur between screens.

Preorders
Our Playful Booster Balm is currently sold as a preorder. This means you reserve your balm before the first production run is ready. Estimated delivery is December 2026. We keep you updated by email the whole way, and you may cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

Payment
Payment is handled securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown there. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

Shipping
We deliver within Sweden. During the preorder period shipping is free. For full details, see our Delivery policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please note that opened products with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For everything about returns and refunds, see our Return and refund policy.

Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including the Bon Vivant`W name, the DapperiDapp ritual, and our texts, images and designs, belongs to us and may not be used without our permission.

Liability
We take great care with our products and our store. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms. If we cannot resolve a disagreement together, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
