About us

Bon Vivant`W is operated by Bon Vivant`W AB (org. nr 559572-8550), based in Stockholm, Sweden. You can reach us any time at hello@bonvivantw.com.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. You can choose your country at the top of the site, and prices and delivery options will update to match.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you select, and include VAT at the rate that applies there. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do our best to show our products and shades accurately, though slight colour variation can occur between screens.

Pre orders

The Playful Booster Balm™ is currently sold as a pre order. This means you reserve your balm before the first production run is ready. Estimated delivery is December 2026. We keep you updated by email the whole way, and you may cancel your pre order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

If we are unable to complete production, we refund your order in full.

Payment

Payment is handled securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown there. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

Shipping

Shipping is free to all the countries listed above throughout the pre order period. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. For full details, see our Delivery policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, write to us at hello@bonvivantw.com before the 14 days have passed. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

Please note that opened products with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used. You pay the cost of returning the item to us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us at hello@bonvivantw.com and we will make it right. This is separate from the right of withdrawal and your statutory rights are not affected.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the Bon Vivant`W name, the DapperiDapp™ ritual, the Playful Booster Balm™ name, and our texts, images and designs, belongs to us and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

We take great care with our products and our store. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

If we cannot resolve a disagreement together, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We take part in their proceedings.

If you live outside Sweden, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you with cross border purchases. You can find yours through the European Consumer Centres Network.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
