Pre order

Your order is a pre order. It ships as soon as the first batch reaches us, estimated delivery December 2026. We keep you updated by email the whole way, so you always know where your order is.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Choose your country at the top of the site and prices and delivery options update to match.

All six countries are inside the EU, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. No customs, no import fees.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to all six countries throughout the pre order period.

Delivery times

Delivery times start counting from the day your balm ships, not from the day you order.

Sweden, two to four working days.
Denmark and Finland, three to six working days.
Germany and the Netherlands, four to seven working days.
France, five to eight working days.

These are estimates. The exact options and times for your address are shown at checkout.

While it is on its way

When your balm ships, you receive a confirmation with tracking.

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If a parcel is lost on the way, write to us and we sort it out.

If it is delayed

Should delivery be delayed, we let you know in good time. If you would rather not wait, you have the right to cancel your pre order for a full refund before it ships.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we contact you and send it again.
