Cancelling a pre order

You may cancel your pre order for a full refund any time before it ships. Write to us at hello@bonvivantw.com and we take care of it.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, together with any accessories and instructions. For hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned. If you received a gift with your purchase, we kindly ask you to return that as well.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and refunds are issued once the return has reached us. The original shipping cost and the cost of returning the product are non refundable.

Refunds

We process returns within 6 business days of receiving them. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
